clear, usefull, easy readable; in other words: professional.
Thanks and kudos to Bill Gravatt.
And now where are all those 6.5 x 65 cases I put aside last month?

Thank you so much for writing this article. I have been very frustrated shooting my heavy recoiling hunting rifle off the bench. After reading this article I am excited again to take this rifle out and apply what I have learned.

Maver

Thank you for the compliments, and we are glad you enjoy the article.
Shooting any rifle off the bench can be a real eye opener on how truly accurate your firearm is.
It can become very addicting as well, trying to squeeze your groups together even closer!

No problem with sharing it with your friends at the club and or posting it on the website. No problem as long as it mentions that it is from the Sinclair International Reloading Press, www.sinclairintl.com, and it was written by Bill Gravatt.

Keep us posted. We love to hear about how our fellow shooters are doing over there! Keep your eyes open for news and announcements from us here on our website!

Good Shooting!

alot of effort and experience put into this article so thank you very much indeed. I have a hunting rifle and only recently learned that it should be supported closer to the action than stock with front rest. I also liked the info on the muzzle blast it had not occured to me that this may also affect barrel movement when shot is fired.

Can I ask your permission to print this article off and display it in our shooting club BRC Shooting Club, Dublin, Ireland and also to make a link to the article or to create a pdf document and place on our national website http://sites.google.com/site/irishsilhouetteshooter/ for our members and others to enjoy.

I shoot silhouette but i like to know how my ammo is performing from the bench.

It would be nice if someone made something that fit to the stud(s) that just held a skid so you could use it at the bench, then slap the bipod on for tactical, and go with just a sling for hunting.

This is an excellent article, and I want to thank the author for taking the time to write it. it addresses many of the mistakes that are frequently made by those of us who can't attend a shooting clinic.
