No, the Iosso Bore Cleaner is not abrasive to the bore. It will not damage or remove metal. It works chemically. Use it with the Iosso Eliminator Bore Brushes for removing all fouling. The Iosso Eliminator Gun Oil is good for a final finish.

I use an Outer's Foul Out electronic bore cleaning system. You "set it and forget it". It saves a lot of time and energy because you only run the rod through the bore a few times.

Good morning.
A bronze bore brush is OK for TM solution (for my hunting rifles I use also a solution of 50% Shooter Choise n°10 and 50% of KROL oil).
I think (but I'm not sure) that a bronze bore brush is not suitable for Boretech Eliminator and the brush material (bronze) will be mixed with copper fouling in the bore, with a quick consumption of the broze brush. It's correct?
I use more or less the same your procedure, but every four rounds (twenty shots) and using a nylon brush wet of Boretech Eliminator.
Am I wrong with nylon brush ??
Thanks for a reply.

Great article, do you consider Kroil to be a suitable oil to leave in the barrel after the cleaning process?

Is the Iosso bore cleaner harmful to the bore? Is it a abrasive cleaner?
