I clean my dies and presses with Hoppes #9 every 500-1000 reloads and I swab the die, dry it with cotton swabs, then apply a light coat of Gibbs Lubricant. I lubricate the Lyman Spar-T presses with Militec-1 synthetic grease after I clean them with Hoppes.

Many thanks for this, as usual, useful info.
As to die maintenance, I am shooting benchrest, and I clean my dies every 500 reloads. I am sure it helps preserving the cases and improving accuracy.
